Marriage Contract

Important to know:
Agreements concerning marital savings or the marital home require a notarial deed.
Other arrangements concerning marital property must be recorded in writing.
A marriage contract may be concluded either before or after the marriage.
Adoption Agreement
An adoption is established through a written agreement between the adoptive parents and the adopted child, which must subsequently be approved by the court.
